Implementing NGO: Public Foundation "Barsem" Chairman of NGO Mr. Usupov Murat Address: 8 Namazbekova street, Kyzyl-Suu village, Jeti-Oguz rayon, Issy-Kul oblast, Kyrgyzstan. Main idea of the project is giving to local people alternative and autonomous energy sources through the developing and constructing cheap biogas units. Training local people to construct and exploit the biogas units.
