Implementing NGO: Public Association "OTOGON" Chairman of NGO Mrs. Baktigul Rispaeva Address: 25 Birikken street, Otogon village, Issik-Ata rayoun, Chuy oblast, Kyrgyzstan There are four endemic kinds Tulipa greigii Regel, Tulipa kolpakovskian Regel, Tulipa ostrovskiana Regel, Tulipa kaufmana Regel. Main idea of the project is rehabilitation of these kinds of tulips by cultivating them ex situ conditions than replace in native habitat and demonstrate to local people alternative livelihood
